I am frustrated as I have been working out since Aug of last year. I can see the difference with the toning and muscle being built but no weight loss. I have dropped 2 dress sized but again no weight loss. I just cannot seem to break the 170 mark...what can I do...restrict my food? I need to shock my system to boost my metabolism...I thought working out would do it...but it is not working.
Finally have to admit that if I want to tranform my body I have to change the habits that are holding me back - that is my diet. I am in denial and still make excuses to sneak snacks...even after I worked so hard during my work out. So my commitment is to focus on refueling with the right drinks and fuel!
